Privacy Policy

• This is a temporary demo portal. No account, no signup.
• The URL you paste is fetched server-side once to import a public restaurant menu.
• If you place a test order, the name / email / phone / (optional) address you enter is stored alongside that order so the receipt can render. Nothing is shared with the restaurant or with any third party.
• No real payment is captured. Ever.
• You can delete an imported restaurant (and every order under it) at any time from the imports list.

When you use the import form, we record:

• The GloriaFood URL you submit.
• Your IP (for rate limiting; not stored long-term).

When you place a test order, we additionally store:

• Your name, email, and mobile.
• A delivery address if you selected delivery. Pickup orders don't store an address.
• Cart contents and your chosen tip.

Menu data and item photos live in AWS S3 (US East). Order records live in MongoDB Atlas. We don't transmit your data to any third party. We never sell it.

This is a demo, so data may be cleared at any time as part of maintenance. Imported restaurants are typically retained for 30 days from the last activity. You can also force deletion immediately from the imports list or by emailing contact@ogent.ai.

You can request a copy or deletion of any data we have about you by emailing contact@ogent.ai. We'll respond within 30 days.

We use a single browser localStorage key to remember your cart across page loads. No third-party analytics, no ad cookies, no fingerprinting.
